Shipping Information 

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after your payment has been received. As soon as  your order has been shipped you will be informed via Email. 

All orders will be shipped with our partner DHL Go Green. The delivery time within Germany is  usually 1-3 days. Shipments within Europe outside of Germany will take approx. 7 days. If you live  outside of Europe, the delivery can take up to 14 days.

World – 15€  

All orders within Europe will be shipped free of charge. Orders worldwide exceeding 200,00€ will be shipped free of charge.  

Returns 

We hope that all ordered items meet your expectations – however, if you would like to return  something, you can do so within 14 days.  

Please inform us in advance via email to: info@rima-jewelry.com which items you would like to  return and for what reason.  

If you would just like to exchange the item or size, just let us know and we will organize it. In this  case we would also cover all postage.  

Alternatively, we will of course refund the purchase price. (Return shipment costs not included)  In this case, please send the item to the following address:

As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method  you used when placing the order. In addition, you will receive a 5€ voucher as compensation.  

All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition. Damaged items or  items with traces of use will not be accepted.
